Book A Private Event  

* To book a Private Event or to rent our studio please contact our Event Coordinator at 908-335-9435 and fill out the form below.

* Private Paint & Sip Events start at $35 Per Person.

* Events can be mobile or in studio. We can travel to your venue, or you visit us at our location in Union, NJ! 

​

* Our studio can fit comfortably up to 25 w/ Table space for Food & Drinks/Desserts OR 30 w/ Table space for ONLY Drinks/Desserts.

* We provide all ART supplies for your event, table coverings, Sternals & Warmers, Serving Utensils, Cork Screws, Bottle Openers, Cups and Ice. We DO NOT provide paper products for food.

* If you are booking a mobile event with us, unfortunately we do not provide tables or table coverings!

​

* If your event is outdoors, you will be responsible for providing coverage for your guests and the artist. There is an additional fee of $75.00 if the artist has to provide their own coverage! 

​

* There is a required Minimum of 12 PPL for bookings on Weds & Thurs and a required minimum of 15 PPL minimum for bookings Fri - Sun

​

* Studio Rental starts at $300 for 3 Hours on weekdays and $350 for 3 Hour on weekends.

* Time for setup and breakdown should be considered when booking any event with us. Time overages not pre-arranged prior to the event date will be charged a fee of $150.00 per 1/2 HR.

* Additional time can be added based on availability 

​

* A Deposit of $150 will be required to book ANY event. The remaining balance will be due 14 days prior to the event date. Deposits can be made with Cash, Checks, or Zelle.

​

* Deposits are Non-Refundable and will be applied towards the balance for event. 

​

* Private events booked within 14 days of the event date will have 3 Days from the date of booking to pay the remaining balance for the event.

​

* Tax-Exempt organizations must present a NJ st-4 Form for NJ Sales tax exemption.

​

* Non-Profit organizations must present an IRS 501(C)(3) form for discounted pricing.

​

* Final Payments can be made with Zelle, Cash or Debit / Credit. A 4% processing fee will be applied to ALL Debit / Credit Payments.

* Checks will not be excepted for final payments.
